So I waited a few hours to upload this as at the exact same time 12 months ago, 29th Sep 2025 I was on an operating table having heart surgery, that should have been successful. However after a 7 hour procedure and in ICU recovery there was a major problem so they did it again under emergency.

My survival since has been brutal and hard but honestly down to a few people close to me, who stuck by and with me through some dark painful months and long nights.

I also have a debt of heartfelt gratitude to my close friends, who gave me so much love,support , humour and the confidence to endure and prevail.

That has continued and Snowflake was and has been one of them.

I no longer have the body I used to and still have challenges but just being able to create this mix is something I thought I would not be capable of a few months ago.

I used to say something was trying to kill me, I know now, something and someone was trying to keep me alive.
