Not Like That-Collaboration Mix

Hello everybody!
It took much more time than expected to do this remix. When I heard the first time the acapellas, I thought it would be great to work on this. I listened to some great remixes on ccmixter, but unfortunately didn´t found the time to comment some more.
So this remix is a collaboration between Mindmovie, who is still a member of ccmixter and my friend and drummer Peter (Paddy) Bussmeier and myself.

We started some contact over email in summer and finally we had the possibility to meet in person in the beginning of september on a vacation trip. We thought about some collaboration before this meeting and decided to do it on this song here.
I am very pleased that Mindmovie found the time to play some of his awesome guitar tracks and the additional Slapbass.
It would take too much time to desribe all the things that happened to complete the remix, I will probably do so on the âHow I did itâ? forum.
I want to say thank you Mindmovie for your work, for your kindness and I am proud to call you a friend!
Special thanks to Peter who never hesitated to play the drums when I asked him. Thank you for your longtime friendship, advice, help and your fine tuned ears and sorry for all muted drum notes! ;-)
And thanks Mr.Carter for giving the possibility to work with your fanatistic material, but I wished we could have the vocals separate! ;-);-);-)

A few people asked for the instrumental mix of our âNot_Like_Thatâ? remix of Songboy3 acapella âNot_Like_Thatâ?.
Maybe somebody puts his magical hands on this to find a different solution for the mentioned groove/vocal placement issue.
