So, this one’s pretty corny, but whatever, I had fun making it.

This whole music thing has been kind of a wild ride, especially over these past three years. I feel like the effort I’ve put into developing some discipline is starting to pay off.

And yet, as I feel more and more like a master of my craft, I’m reminded to stay humble by encountering musicians who remind me of my old self. Overconfident, inflexible, and stagnant.

Wild to think I truly believed I had music all figured out when I was seventeen.
