I dunno. Seems like people relinquishing their own cognition is an idea that’s been on my mind lately.

This track uses those chromatic 7th chord changes that I feel like has become either one of my signatures, or one of my more overused habits.

I came up with the… I guess what we’ll call the “chorus” section first, and simply added some guitar chord stabs to act as a counterpoint, then as I was recording, the idea to use those chords to create a separate “verse” section just sort of came up organically.
